By accessing or using the website and services of Design Brix Construction & Interior, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Design Brix Construction & Interior provides construction, interior design, modular furniture, renovation, and related consulting services. All project engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or work order that specifies scope, timelines, payment terms, and deliverables.

Quotations provided on the website, via phone, or during consultations are indicative estimates and may vary based on site conditions, material availability, design changes, and regulatory requirements. Final pricing is confirmed only in the signed agreement.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting enquiries or entering into agreements. You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions, approvals, and access to the project site.

Timely payment as per the agreed schedule is essential. Delays in payment may result in project delays, and we reserve the right to pause work until outstanding amounts are cleared.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, 3D renders, and videos — is the property of Design Brix Construction & Interior and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Design concepts, floor plans, 3D visualisations, and material specifications created for your project remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point a licence to use them for the specific project is granted.

We make every effort to complete projects within the agreed timeline. However, timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, material supply chain disruptions, regulatory delays, client-requested changes, and force majeure events.

Delays caused by the client — including late approvals, site access issues, or payment delays — will proportionally extend the project timeline.

We provide warranties on workmanship and materials as specified in your project agreement. Standard warranty periods are: 10 years on modular furniture structure, 5 years on hardware and fittings, 1 year on painting and electrical work, and 15 years on structural construction work.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorised modifications, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

Design Brix Construction & Interior shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to mediation, and if necessary, binding arbitration in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
