Refund Policy

At Design Brix Construction & Interior, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or adjustments may be considered for our construction and interior design services.

Initial consultations are provided free of charge. Design fees (for detailed 3D renders, floor plans, and material boards) are non-refundable once design work has commenced, as these involve significant creative effort and resources.

If you choose not to proceed after the design phase, a partial refund of up to 50% of the design fee may be considered if no final designs have been delivered.

A booking deposit (typically 10–20% of the project value) is required to confirm your project and secure your slot in our production schedule. This deposit is non-refundable once materials have been ordered or production has commenced.

Milestone payments are linked to specific deliverables. Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable. Payments for milestones not yet started are refundable minus a 10% administrative fee.

Cancellation before material ordering: Full refund of deposits minus 10% administrative charges.

Cancellation after material ordering but before installation: Refund of deposit minus the cost of materials already ordered (materials become client property upon payment).

Cancellation during installation: No refund on completed work. Payment for remaining work is waived. Materials on-site become client property.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@designbrix.com.

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of workmanship, you must raise the concern within 7 days of milestone completion. We will inspect the work and, if the complaint is valid, rectify the issue at no additional cost.

If we are unable to rectify the issue to a reasonable standard, a proportional refund or credit for the affected portion of work will be provided.

Custom-manufactured items (modular furniture, custom cabinetry, bespoke fittings) cannot be returned or refunded as they are made to your specific measurements and design.

Standard materials (tiles, paint, hardware) that are unused and in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Approved refunds will be processed within 15–21 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer or cheque). We will provide written confirmation of the refund amount and timeline.
