While the government fees are paid directly by the homeowner, Design Brix handles the entire liaisoning process. Our architects prepare the maps according to BDA/BMC bylaws and assist you in getting the building permission cleared quickly.

What happens if I want to make changes during the construction?

We follow a professional Change Order Process. If you decide to upgrade a tile or shift a wall mid-project, we provide a revised cost and timeline estimate for your approval before the work is executed. This ensures there are no "surprise costs" at the end.
