DesignBrix Interior Pro does NOT offer refunds on any subscription purchases or renewals. Once payment is made, the subscription fees are considered final.

• • Because access to the service is immediate and continuous, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

 

• • You may cancel your subscription anytime to prevent future billing.

• • Access to the service continues until the end of the current paid billing cycle.

• • Refunds or credits for partial periods are NOT provided.

Exceptional Refunds

In rare situations where a billing error is confirmed or prolonged service outages occur, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion.

• • Refund processing (where applicable) takes 7-10 business days through Razorpay.

Chargebacks and Disputes

 

• • Contact us first to resolve billing issues.

• • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination.

Plan Changes

 

• • Upgrades are billed prorated immediately.

• • Downgrades take effect after the current billing period.

• • Neither upgrades nor downgrades are refundable.
