Design Brix Interior (“we”, “our”, or “us”) values your business and aims to provide a transparent experience for our interior design clients. Below is our refund and cancellation policy applicable to all design consultations, services, and product orders.
1.
Consultation Fees
- Consultation or Site Visit fees are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed.
- If a consultation is canceled at least 24 hours in advance, it may be rescheduled once without penalty.
2.
Design Services
Our design work is a creative and time-intensive process. Therefore:
- Any advance payments made for design packages (e.g., 2D layouts, 3D renders, mood boards, etc.) are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
- If the client chooses to discontinue services before design delivery, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion, after deducting effort-based charges.
3.
Custom Furniture & Material Orders
We often work with third-party vendors and fabricators to create custom solutions.
- Once a custom order or procurement request is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- This includes: furniture, soft furnishings, decor, modular components, and raw materials.
- In case of manufacturing defects, we will assist in claiming warranties or repairs as per vendor terms.

Project Cancellations (Turnkey Projects)
If a full-service turnkey interior project is canceled after contract signing:

5.
Delays or Dissatisfaction
We work closely with clients at every stage. If you’re unhappy with any part of the process:
- Please notify us immediately. We will do our best to resolve concerns through revisions or alternatives.
- Refunds will not be processed for subjective dissatisfaction once agreed-upon designs are approved and work is initiated.
6.
Mode of Refund (If Applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original mode of payment. A formal refund confirmation will be sent via email.
7.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected with a revised “Effective Date” at the top of the page.
